SAYLII helps collect and distribute reviews for hotels. The app is placed on front desks and employees phones. The app captures experiences as they happen, and then syncs those experiences with multiple websites.
Pure UX designed the user experience and visuals. The design was heavily focused on getting the review experience to be less than 30 seconds. The app designs creates simplicity out of a more complex business flow. The app has analytics and loyalty management built in.
The design is for two end users - managers and hotel guests. They see and can interact with the app in different ways. All user flows were thought out and tested in conjuction with the end users. For managers - the design honed in on the syncing the reviews in a super simple way.
